 Requests for a letter of invitation will not be processed until applicant has registered for attendance and has a valid confirmation number. Requests must be received no later than 10th April, 2008.
As an attendee of the first annual China Wine Expo, you may find that an official invitation is required in order to apply for a travel visa to enter China. We have implemented the following procedures to assist you in obtaining this invitation:
· Complete the registration form as an attendee. Fields marked with an (*) are mandatory.
· Verify your entries for accuracy and Email it to cpbj@cpbjlf.com or Richard@cpbjlf.com
· If you are unable to complete step 3, print the form and fax it to +86-(0)10-87730640
· Applying for a tourist visa in your home country is highly recommended.
· You are not recommended to apply for a business visa as the procedure is very complicated and the charge is double that of the tourist visa. You have to pay the Chinese Authority to issue a Visa Invitation Letter/Fax and pay another fee to the Chinese Embassy in your country for visa issuance. If you must apply for a business visa, please fill in form A and return with payment.
